Stay in high-quality log cabins on the banks of the Simojoki River, surrounded by some of Finland’s best salmon fishing. Easy to reach from both Oulu and Rovaniemi airports – just over an hour’s drive from either airport. Lapinkoski is an especially popular destination for salmon fishing. Our private fishing area includes 500 metres of easily accessible, slow-flowing rapid where salmon like to rest, with some fish staying in the area to spawn in autumn.
As our guest, you can also fish the other famous stretches of the Simojoki with the same fishing permit, giving you plenty of water to explore. We host a maximum of two groups of 1–4 people, ensuring peaceful fishing, privacy and plenty of space. After a day on the river, relax in your high-quality log cabin, riverside sauna and spectacular kota. Professional fishing guides and quality fishing equipment are available, and outside the salmon season we offer other outdoor activities.
